Upon receipt of your order, you must check that the products correspond to your order. If not, you must indicate otherwise in the delivery note and in the form of signed handwritten comments, any discrepancies related to defects or the quantity of the products. You must also inform us by phone at +30 2313 044333 or via email at email@example.com about these discrepancies on the same day or at the latest within the next (after receipt of the order) working day. Any request made outside this deadline will not be valid and Aelia PC will be relieved of any liability towards the customer, resulting in the acceptance of the products as they were when delivered and no replacements can be authorized.
If the above procedure has been observed any defective products must be returned within 2 working days from the date of delivery to the following address:

defective and in their original condition, with their original packaging and the initial markings on the products. We inform you that only the products that are
unsuitable for use will be considered as defective and in no case the products that deviate from the photos posted on our website due to expected differences during the shooting and posting of the photos. Shipping costs in case of defective products are borne by us. In any other case you will be charged with the shipping
costs. Following the receipt of the returned products by our company and if their defect is verified by us, we will contact you within 15 days in order for you to
declare to us in writing by email or fax, if you wish a refund if you have already paid the price and the desired way of refund, or the replacement of the defective
products with the same products if available, or with products of equal value if exhausted.
